Gifts for You: Yoga and Meditation

Since I’m also a registered yoga teacher, I wanted to offer a few videos of yoga practices that might be useful for you. One is a version of yoga nidra called iRest Yoga Nidra, which is intended to foster rest and ease. These videos and recordings were made years ago with older equipment. One day I will update them, but for now I appreciate your understanding. I have kept them here because I think they are still helpful.

I am available for private group and/or individual yoga classes and workshops upon request. These can be tailored to the needs of your group or workplace. I pull from my training in restorative yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, chair yoga, and mindfulness to create a custom class that fits your mind and body. Contact me to learn more.

This is a guided relaxation/meditation that is best done lying down in a comfortable place. You can have your eyes closed or open, and adjust your body as needed for comfort. Some people fall asleep during this practice, which is fine! You can use it if you're having trouble going to sleep or falling back asleep.
